Why clients choose Team Scholfield

Pricing is built on current comparable sales rather than guesswork, negotiation is handled by the same agents who listed or showed the home, and calls and texts are typically answered the same day. The team’s neighborhood-level knowledge covers schools, flood zones, insurance, HOA rules, and commute realities across Bradenton and Palmetto. This site does not include MLS search or listing data — for current availability or a valuation, contact the team directly.
